Use this spell to gain protection against a specific enemy. You'll need a wooden match. Light the match and hold it as you think of your adversary. Think of their essence and their misdeeds as you are holding the match, and imagine it is this enemy you are holding in your hand. Firmly say, "Be gone!" and blow out the match. Once it has cooled, dispose of the match in the trash or compost.
