Spell: Catch a Rainbow

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

April 3 is National Find a Rainbow Day—perhaps thanks to those infamous April showers! Today is a day to look for rainbows and enjoy rainbowrelated activities. If the weather isn't cooperating where you live, don't fret—you can make your own rainbow on your altar! Here are some suggestions to bring some rainbow magic to your sacred space:

Use chime or birthday candles in proper holders to make a rainbow of candles. Add a blessing or intention to each so that each color has a personal meaning.

If you collect stones and crystals, arrange them by color into a rainbow circle around a white candle inscribed with a personal sigil or word of intent .

Make a shrine to queer ancestors and the Mighty Dead, writing their names on a mini pride flag to place on or over your altar. Learn about each one's contributions to honor and remember them.
