Tuesdays are imbued with Mars energy. This is warrior energy at its finest. When you find your self confidence flagging due to interactions in the community, at your job, or with your family, you can take back your power.

Acquire a stone that you can carry with you. It can be a small piece of iron, bloodstone, red jasper, or onyx. This will be a stone you carry on your person or leave in the area where you need to don your metaphysical armor. When using the stone for the first time, hold it in both hands. Feel the energy of the rock as you take a deep breath in and out. Feel your will to reclaim your power seep into the stone as you exhale. After three deep breaths, say:

My armor is made of impenetrable stone. I am no longer alone.

Envision yourself standing tall amid your detractors.
