If you've recently or not so recently ended a relationship and you still have old stuff lying around your place that reminds you of your ex, today's a great day to get those old vibes out so you can make room for happy new patterns of romance. Gather up old gifts your ex gave you, items you purchased together, photos of the two of you together, and anything else that brings this old relationship to mind. Make plans to donate it to charity, shred it, throw it out, recycle it, or give it away. (Selling might be a hassle, but if you can do it easily, that's fine too.) If there's stuff you still use and don't want to spend the money to replace—like a kitchen appliance or a mattress—you can keep it. Just be sure to perform a cleanse on it by bathing it in sage smoke or smoke from cedar or sweetgrass incense or by placing it in bright sunlight for ten to twenty minutes. |
