Start by using your mortar and pestle to grind up one part rosemary for mental clarity and protection, one part ginger for money and success, and two parts lavender for happiness and protection. Combine all three herbs and burn them on your incense burner. Mean-while, write down on slips of paper what you need to achieve your goals at work. When you have written them all down, burn each slip of paper in your cauldron. To remain focused in the days to come, use these same herbs to make a tea, adding some mint for flavor. Drink the tea each morning until the next Full Moon.
