Imagine you can see all the way to the core, feel the heat there, and pull it toward you. Visualize yourself in an energetic situation. See and feel yourself doing something exciting such as riding a roller coaster, dancing, or running. Quicken your breath. Transform the energy of the Earth and your body. Imagine it as a red sphere of gas glowing around you ever bigger and brighter. When you are ready, draw a deep breath in and let it out, dispersing the red ball into space. This releases the energy. Use this technique to enhance any energy-raising activity or spell. Focus on your goal before releasing the energy, then release it. |
