Light a candle and set it in front of the mirror. Write a loving letter to yourself about the issues you may ignore in your day-to-day life. As you write, glance up into the mirror once in a while. Catch your reflection and a glimpse of something beyond. This letter is for your eyes only-your communication with your deeper self. Feel free to hide it or even burn it when you're done.
