| Magic can happen anywhere, even during seemingly mundane activities. Many of us take showers every day. Add some focus and intention, and your daily shower can be a place of power and magical transformation. Begin by calling the gods and the elements of life to be present. Turn on the shower and begin to lather up. As you do so, visualize the suds of soap cleansing all thoughts or emotions that do not serve you in this moment. If you are unsure what those thoughts may be, will that what does not serve be cleansed from you. Visualize the suds washing away to reveal a glowing white light emanating from your body. Affirm:
I am pure. I am present. I am fully in the flow of life. I am one with all things. So mote it be. Thank the gods and elements for being present and go into the world as a child of earth and starry heaven. |
