Spell: Diffuse Sorrow Spell

To help diffuse personal sorrow and transform it into useful energy to enliven your environment, mix your favorite incense with the yellow petals of St. John's Wort (or with the powdered contents of a St. John's Wort capsule) in a small bag or pouch of lightweight cloth. Wear this close to your body, envisioning depression and sadness as a blue mist being drawn from your body and into the pouch. Once a day, burn the contents in a brazier as you chant: "Sorrow flows out and away, dispersed in ether, transformed in flame. Blended with incense, may it bring pleasure." If you wish, carry the incense burner outdoors to let the smoke be further dispersed by the winds. Continue this spell for as long as you deem necessary.
