Everyday stress and strain can be countered by performing a small cleanup of your home each evening that provides some aromatherapy.
Use a mix of lavender and rose water to wipe down the bathroom sink in the evening. Bedrooms will benefit from the use of lavender buds in a dish or maybe some lavender oil in a small jar left open beside the bed. A bowl of potpourri made with rose and lavender will also provide some loving and calming essence in your living space. If you cannot use rose because of allergies, try jasmine, sandalwood, or cedar. |
