Spell: Honey Jar Sweetening Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This spell has its roots in hoodoo and conjure magic, which carries a heavy element of "folk" spellcraft and superstition. Because honey is a naturally sweet substance, it can be used in magic to help sweeten up a bitter person or situation. Honey is also physically used for healing, meaning that it also carries metaphysical healing properties.
If there is a person or situation that requires healing or sweetening, simply write their name or a description of the situation on a piece of paper. If appropriate, include a photograph or something belonging to the person (or from a property or from a time in your life, or what have you), and anything else to energetically link to the purpose. In a small jar filled with honey, insert the items and cap the jar. Gazing at the items in the jar, visualize the target sweetening up and/or healing. Say some positive affirmations out loud and incorporate the jar into any additional spell craft you'd like. Place the jar on an altar or in the back of a closet (so the honey won't get eaten!). This spell can sit for as long as need be, so when you feel the magic has worked, just toss the jar in the trash.
