Spell: A Spell for Terminus

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today the ancient Romans honored Terminus, a god who presided over property lines, or the "end" of one's land. The day was frequently celebrated with neighbors. Foods served included corn, cakes, wine, honey, and meats.
Honor your own home and land with this spell. You'll need a bowl of fruit, honey, pastries, and wine and a dish of cornmeal. Begin by sprinkling a small amount of cornmeal at each corner of your property to ensure good fortune. Follow by respectfully pouring a bit of wine at each corner boundary also. Bless household spirits by placing a drop of honey at each exterior threshold. At your altar, raise the bowl of fruit as a gesture of thanks to Terminus. Then serve your family pastries of your choice. Thank your neighbors with a small gift, if you wish. A bottle of wine, sweets, or a jar of honey are good choices.
