It is time to measure your personal growth by how far you have come this summer with your projects and goals and how much further you need to grow before you achieve those goals.
Take your journal and read back to where you set your personal goals for this year. Write down the ones you have been working on, and see how far you have progressed. This is the halfway mark, and you need to be constantly looking at how far you want to go, how far you have gone, and how much more you need to get there. If you didn't start a journal, then it's time you did. Take your measures, and then set down your realistic goals for this year. Concentrate your efforts in the areas where you can succeed, and leave those projects that have not quite made the grade for next year. |
