Spell: Yule Sabbat Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Arise this Yule before anyone else in your household, and watch the sun come up. As the dawn ascends on this day, ponder newness, fresh ideas, change. If you have a drum, allow yourself to tune in to the Mother's heartbeat as the Son rises, and drum him awake! You can also sing him up with any number of holiday carols. If you listen closely, you'll hear the Old Religion coming through in the guise of the New one. Open your heart to the joy of the earth as the new Sun God is born. Allow his light and energy to fill your entire being: heart, mind, emotions, passions, spirit, body. Dance with the energy, and know that today, you have carte blanche to start your life anew. Take a piece of paper and jot down any inspirations you have at this time, and place the paper on your altar where you'll see it as the Wheel continues to turn. Be blessed, knowing that you have the power to change your life!
