| If you feel you're having more than just a run of bad luck, try this spell. Even if you think you know who has cursed you, don't mention the person's name as you cast this spell. First, gather seven twigs and tie them together with black ribbon. Start a fire in a heatproof dish or fireplace. Hold the bundle of twigs before the fire and repeat seven times:
"Curse, be burned. Curse, be returned. Curse, die a natural death. Curse, die with this fire's last breath!" After the last chant, snap the bundle in two and toss it into the flames. The curse is destroyed when the last ember stops glowing. However, let the ashes sit undisturbed for seven days. Then gather them and toss them randomly outside. Don't keep them or use them for other spells. |
