LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: A Travel Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With the warm weather upon us , many of us will be traveling by car. This spell calls upon Hermes, the ancient Greek god of travel and highways, to protect your car. First find a rock that appeals to you along a road; this is one of the god's symbols. Rub a drop of olive oil on the rock as you call upon Hermes:

"Protect me, Hermes, as I travel
here, as I travel there.
Protect me as I travel
near, as I travel far.
Hermes, protect all who
travel in my car.
So mote it be."

Keep this rock in your car at all times. Renew the spell once a year.
