Spell: Heal a Broken Heart

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Grief and heartbreak cannot be rushed. Still, you can magically bolster the heart-healing process by cutting cords of attachment to your former partner and removing unhelpful patterns from your energy field and subconscious.

Today, add 1/4 cup rose water to a warm bath along with 1/4 cup sea salt and a rose quartz. Swirl the water in a counterclockwise direction to dissolve the salt. Light an unscented or rosescented soy candle and get into the bath. As you soak, call on the goddess Aphrodite. Speak words from your heart about why you are asking for her help. Tell her how you’ve been feeling and ask that she clear and dissolve any remaining energetic connections to your former partner. Also ask that she remove any unhealthy relationship patterns or patterns of negative self-talk from your mind, spirit, and aura. Relax and imagine soft pink light healing and restructuring your heart and emotions on every level of your being. Thank the goddess before getting out of the tub.
