Spell: Release Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

In the last month of the year, before the winter solstice, you can do a spell to release things. First, think about what you want to release. Releasing an attachment to an outcome is a way to regain peace about anything you might feel frustrated about. Find a dead leaf that has fallen from an autumn tree. Make sure it has enough space for you to write on it. If you cannot locate a leaf, use a small piece of biodegradable paper. Find a pencil and write down the things that you want to purge. Once you have the words written down, you can say these words:

On this list are the things that I want to release,
So I may regain inner peace.
There is strength in being able to let things go.
I release my attachment so peace will flow.

Crush the leaf and rip the tiny paper. Find a place to bury the things you want to release, and be done with it.
