Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Juniper Almost everyone knows the nursery rhyme "Star Light, Star Bright" and the tradition of wishing on a star. But sometimes we forget the stars are shining all the time, all day long. Our nearest star, the Sun, is so close and shines so brightly that we can't see them. So, the tradition of wishing on a star can be done anytime-especially if you wish upon the Sun. Use this day to wish on the Sun and all the surrounding stars for your heart's desire. But remember-be careful what you wish for! Write your wish on yellow paper and decorate it with symbols of the Sun and stars. Think back to your childhood and have fun! Use a gold marker or stickers. Then read your wish out loud beneath the sunlight. |
