Spell: Make Your Own Sunshine Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Heliotrope

We all need a little sunshine in our lives, and that joy can be found in surprisingly simple places, if we only remember to look. Try a few of these ideas this week and see how it affects your experience of life. You might be surprised to see how much happiness you can find by just spending two minutes, twice each day, on one of these suggestions. Take a deep breath, and be thankful that you are able to breathe. Thank the air, the trees, and the plants for breathing with you. Walk around your home and feel grateful that you have a place to live. Look at a weed, tree, bird, or cloud. Feel your connection to this natural object and give thanks that it is here for you now. Thank your friends and pets for sharing your life. Celebrate today, "just because."
