Spell: A Spell to Let Go

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With the darkness of the Moon, cast a spell to let go of what worries you or arouses fear. Write your worry or fear upon a small piece of paper. Now fold the paper in half, removing the list from your sight. Say:
Out of sight
Dark of night
There is no light
For you to grow.
Tear the paper into tiny pieces, consciously dissembling your fear or worry as you do. Now flush the bits down the toilet or take them outside and let them fly away with the wind. As they leave your hand, invoke:
This small worry, I let it go.
This small fear, I will not sow.
Be gone worry, be gone fear,
Be gone sadness, and peace be here.
Take a deep breath, and know peace is yours.
