Draw yourself a bath and add calming herbs and essences. Reflect on whatever has gotten you worked up and resolve to find resolution, at least for yourself, so that you will no longer carry the weight of your troubles around. Relax in the water, slowly inhaling peacefulness and the lessons learned, exhaling negative feelings and thoughts. Visualize any bitterness, anger, resentment dissolving in the love of the Divine. Allow the stickiness of any leftover emotions to be washed away. Now, breathe in compassion and forgiveness, exhale ego. Repeat as often as necessary. Once out of the bath, take some of the water. On a day of the waxing Moon, pour a libation into the Earth to help strengthen your resolve to let it all go and find peace within. |
