Spell: Self-Healing Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With the waxing moon going into Leo today, it's a good time to consider our relationship with our physical body and how that relates to our health. If we have ailments or illnesses, if we want to head off the colds and flu bug going around our workplace or school, or if we just want to improve our health in general, heartfelt spellwork can help.

Make an herbal charm ( you can even think of it as a medicine bag) by adding healing and vitalizing herbs such as cinnamon, allspice, and ginger, or calming herbs such as lavender, valerian, and hops. Tie the herbs up in a cotton bag of an appropriate color (such as red for healing blood and tissues, pink for lungs, blue to calm emotions, etc.). As you make the charm, visualize yourself in perfect health, your ailment vanished. Wear the charm until you feel better, then release the herbs on the wind.
