Since winter can take its toll on the body and mind, a bit of selfcare could be in order. To begin, take a relaxing shower or bath and then lie down. Close your eyes and concentrate on the energy of your body. Mentally channel your energy in calming waves moving slowly up and down your whole body, clearing any blockages and soothing any weak spots. Envision your body being clear of imbalance, feeling lighter and strong, and declare that you are realigned and magically renewed. If you work with the chakra system, visualize each of the energy centers as glowing brightly with power. Once you feel fully clear and aligned, disperse any excess energy by mentally sending it out through your hands and/or feet and into the ground, then open your eyes. |
