While meditating, imagine your body as an egg-shaped energy field. Ask yourself what color it is. Now imagine your mind as an energy field, and imagine its color and shape. Finally, imagine your spirit and its color and shape and location in relation to your body and mind. Now, move these three fields so your body is an egg-shaped field at the center, surrounded by your mind field,
surrounded by your spirit field. See each as a distinct color. If there are any areas that are dark or spotted, imagine the energy field flowing in and correcting the color balance. Hold the image as long as you can, then let it go. |
