POSTED UNDER Air, Love, Spring

Spell: Open Your Heart

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It’s spring and love is in the air— partly due to the increase in daylight, which slows the production of melatonin. Spring also brings with it an increase of dopamine and serotonin, the hormones of love and plea[1]sure. Take advantage of these natural energies to open yourself to love of all kinds.

Picture your heart in your mind. Place your hand on it. Feel your heartbeat and experience the connection. Envision a pink light at the center of your heart. Allow the pink light to grow, slowly encompassing more and more of your heart. Let the light continue to grow until it emanates from all around your heart. Imagine that this light allows your heart to grow in capacity. It is more open to love, and it has more love to give. Say to yourself:

I am open to giving and receiving love.

Repeat it as many times as you like.
