Spell: Gratitude-Tinted Glasses

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Sometimes it's easy to get a little fixated on someone's flaws— especially if you live with them! This spell helps you refocus on what's working well in a relationship, so you can expand on that energy. It's not intended to be a magical spackle over issues that need attention; think of it as a tool for connecting to clear-eyed gratitude and, if needed, a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Place your hand over your heart, connecting to your heartbeat. Draw energy up from the earth and down from the sky to stream into your heart. Visualize the energy as a softpink glow as you repeat three times:

I wish I may, I wish I might,
See what's working with loving sight.

Bring the relationship to mind and allow any insights to arise. If, say, you're reminded of how this person texts you "good luck" before big meetings, tell them how much you appreciate this to magnify positive energy.
