Transform an old problem or challenge with this fun spell. First, put two teaspoons of baking soda in one indentation of an ice cube tray. Fill that same indentation with enough water to form one ice cube. Gently stir with a butter knife to combine. Freeze for at least four hours or so.

Fill (about halfway) a glass or chalice with white vinegar and set it outside or someplace where you won't mind making a mess. Take the ice tray out of the freezer and place it near the vinegar. Take a moment to relax. Then remove the ice cube from the tray. Hold it briefly as you direct all of your frustrations about this old condition or problem into the ice cube. In a commanding voice, say:

Dissolve.

Immediately drop the ice cube in the vinegar. As it froths and quickly melts away, smile. In a self-satisfied, witchy way, say:

Transform.

Feel, sense, and know that beautiful new conditions are even now swooping in to replace the old one.
