You will want to include several herbs and stones in your sachet. Choose ones that you are familiar with and that do not cause an allergic reaction. Use any of the following herbs and stones to enhance your dream state and create a more interactive experience: jasmine, lily, lemon, sandalwood, moonstone, quartz, apatite, or lapis lazuli.
