Spell: Spiritual Connection Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Pink
Incense of the day: Nutmeg

Spirituality isn't something that we practice. Spirituality is a lifestyle. Every action in the mundane can connect to and reflect our connection with the Goddess-our unity of mind, body, and spirit. Today,
cut three equal lengths of cord. The cords, which represent mind, body, and spirit, can be of colored cotton or of natural hemp. Unify the three lengths of cord together by tying a knot at one end. Burn some sandalwood on a charcoal block, and focus on the union of mind, body, and spirit. Focus on specific actions that nourish this union. Be it personal meditations or public activism, decide on a daily action and tie a knot in your trio of cords. Repeat this daily until the Full Moon. On the night of the Full Moon, light a white candle. Burn your knotted cord in honor of your spiritual life.
