POSTED UNDER Air

Spell: Autumn’s End (Northern Hemisphere)

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Daylight Saving Time ends 2 am

This is a time when we begin to move from metaphysical inner world attentiveness to deeper transformational soul work. In the Southern Hemisphere, we go from relationship to pursuit of our individual dreams. But, we must consider the chains that bind. Where are you stuck? Light a black candle anointed with sandalwood or geranium oil, having carved on it a word or representation of whatever you wish to release. Do a focused meditation by gazing at the candle flame, unblinking, for as long as possible. Remember to breathe into your belly fully, exhaling by forcing air through your throat to produce an oceanlike sound. During the spell, first activate and then sever associations with your word or image. You are done when your inscription has melted-or you feel the work completed. Allow the candle to burn all the way down, or keep it for other similar spells.
