Spell: Detoxification Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Astrologically speaking, today is the perfect time to initiate a magical momentum related to the release of toxins-emotional, energetic, and/or physical. You might do so by lighting a white candle and drawing a warm bath. Add one cup of sea salt and place plenty of drinking water near the tub. Hold your hands over the bathwater and visualize it being filled with very bright white light. Inwardly or aloud, say:

"Great Goddess, please infuse this water with vibrations of purification and love."

Now direct your hands toward the drinking water and repeat. Then soak for at least forty minutes, being sure to drink water often to replenish your fluids and help the cleansing process. As you soak, be aware of the toxins moving out of your body, mind, and spirit, and know that you are initiating a cleansing/releasing momentum that will continue throughout the remainder of the moon cycle.
