Incense of the day: Jasmine The waxing Virgo Moon at the start of spring is a good time to do some purification. Now is a particularly optimal time to cleanse out any winter toxins that may have accumulated over the past months. Start the day with a glass of clean water with some freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice. Try not to eat until lunch time, and then eat only lightly steamed vegetables and whole grains for the day. In the evening time, bathe yourself and put on fresh clothes. Light a new candle on the altar, and meditate for a while. After-ward, examine the unhealthy aspects of your life that need to be released, and ask what healthy patterns need to be encouraged. State aloud your intentions for making those changes in your life. |
