Make sure that the bubble is clear and strong and goes all the way around you, above your head and beneath your feet. When the visualization is strong and firmly in place, clench the stone in your dominant hand and recite: Inside and out, head to toe, All harm, away from me go. Safety, go into this stone Shield, protect, and guard Skin, blood, and bone. Carry the stone with you; grip it and visualize that protective light protecting you from injury. |
